Another View of Summer

So I am not down the shore. I am in Philadelphia and in Downingtown. I am trying to convince myself that there are plenty of summery type things to do besides sit on the beach. I could spread a blanket on the grass at The Mann and listen to Tony Bennett croon. I could walk along the Italian Market, buy fresh crabs at half the price I would have to spend at a beachside restaurant and then grab a really 'real' Italian water ice for the ride home. I could watch a late night basketball game at Kerr Park in Downingtown or just sit on our deck which overlooks the Brandywine Conservancy and listen to the cicadas and crickets. Despite the lack of sea and sand we are having a good time. It is summer after all and summer doesn't last forever. Take a look at what we do for fun in Chester County, Pennsylvania. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVqgc3tFaCE

Ah,Luca,I well know how you seem to become sad as this final month of summer leaves us all. It would serve you well to remember how splendid Indian summer can be,and what can be more spectacular than traveling down na shore in September.Just think you can put on a nice soft sweater, and have a hot cup of your favorite Dunkin Donuts coffee ,and just sit on your blanket and muse over that book that I am loyally waiting for you to write. Ya know as I am reading this back ,I think that if you are game I am apt to join you. See You in September!!!! Love Dee Dee

Yo! Where are all the other Bloggers? We need some more opinions on here or thoughts would be nice. All you executives out there put down your Kate Spade Brief Cases and take some time to shmooze will ya?

The world is full of bloggers, most of them reading their own stuff exclusively. Bad writers are like good actors.....ah well. Anyway, our executive in residence could use a little prodding.
